Masoud Kermani, president of the Kermani Consulting Group, is a registered civil / structural engineer with more than thirty years of experience in the fields of engineering, disaster response, cost recovery, and construction project management. For over eight years he worked for the Governor's office of Emergency Services, State of California, and was co-located with FEMA Region IX personnel in their headquarters at the Presidio of San Francisco.​
